Academia Park London was proud to participate in London Tech Week 2023, the UK's largest and most influential tech event, which took place from 12-16 June 2023. This year marked the 10th anniversary of London Tech Week, bringing together over 20,000 attendees from across the globe to celebrate tech innovation and transformation.

As part of our commitment to connecting emerging market innovation with global opportunities, Academia Park London showcased a cohort of pioneering Turkish tech companies at this prestigious event. Our presence highlighted the vibrant Turkish tech ecosystem and its potential for global impact.

Academia Park London also hosted two insightful panel discussions during London Tech Week 2023:

  • The first panel, "State of Teknoparks in Türkiye", featured representatives from YTU Yildiz Teknopark and Teknopark Istanbul, offering valuable insights into the thriving innovation ecosystems in Türkiye.
  • Our second panel, "State of VC and Silicon Valley", brought together experts from Founders Network and Metis Ventures to discuss current trends and opportunities in venture capital, with a particular focus on the dynamic Silicon Valley landscape.

These sessions provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the Turkish tech scene and global investment perspectives, further emphasising Academia Park London's role in bridging emerging market innovation with international opportunities.
